Fourteeners in Action: Celebrating Excellence in Adams 14
At Adams 14, Fourteeners in Action are staff members who truly live out what it means to be a Fourteener—putting students first, demonstrating integrity, collaboration, and excellence, and going above and beyond in service to our school community. This recognition celebrates individuals whose daily actions reflect our shared values and commitment to making a meaningful impact across the district. Honorees are recognized for their outstanding contributions at the District monthly school-board meeting and receive a small monetary award as a token of appreciation for the difference they make every day.
2025-2026 Fourteeners In Action Winners
Emily Granath is an exceptional educator whose compassion, leadership, and dedication have deeply shaped the culture at Kemp Elementary. From leading our PBIS efforts and launching the PAW Store to providing schoolwide SEL instruction and creating a safe, welcoming space for students, her impact is felt every day. As our 504 lead and a trusted colleague, Emily consistently centers students, supports families, and strengthens our school community with professionalism and heart. She is a true cornerstone of Kemp Elementary and embodies the spirit of service, excellence, and care that defines the 14teener Award.
